Introduction
These Terms govern your access to and use of the ZyoroRyde website/app (the “Platform”) and the ride/delivery services offered by independent third-party drivers (“Pilots”) via the Platform. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any notices we publish. ZyoroRyde is a technology facilitator and does not itself provide transportation or delivery services.
I. Services
- Transportation Services: Booking of Bike/Auto/Cab rides operated by Pilots.
- Package Services: Pickup & delivery of packages via Pilots.
- Ancillary Support: Communication, support, and payments provided within the Platform.
Note: Services are rendered solely by Pilots; ZyoroRyde provides discovery and lead generation only.
II. User Representations, Warranties & Undertakings
- Age: You are 18+ (minors may ride only under a guardian’s supervision).
- Accuracy: You will provide true, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Compliance: You have capacity to contract and will follow applicable laws.
- Verification: You consent to identity/bank/contact verification as per our Privacy Policy.
III. Operation of the Platform
- Account: Create and secure your account; you’re responsible for all activity.
- Non-transferable: Your account may not be assigned or shared.
- Requests: We attempt to match your Service Request to an available Pilot; matching is not guaranteed.
- Pilot discretion: A Pilot may accept/decline; ZyoroRyde isn’t liable for non-performance.
- App version: Use the correct, updated app/web; we’re not liable for incompatible versions.
- Monitoring: Calls/messages may be monitored/recorded for safety, quality, and support.
IV. User Conduct
- Use the Platform legally and respectfully; do not damage Vehicles or harass Pilots.
- ZyoroRyde isn’t responsible for Pilot conduct or vehicle quality; your contract for the ride is with the Pilot.
- Prohibited: account sharing/sale, fraud, false documents, app tampering, malware, scraping, reverse engineering, disruptive use, unlawful/obscene/infringing content, or security interference.
- Provide ID/verification when requested; violations may result in immediate termination.
V. Communication & Notifications
You consent to service communications via phone/SMS/WhatsApp/email/push. Electronic notices are deemed received within 24 hours; postal notices within 3 business days. Delivery failures due to network/technical issues are not ZyoroRyde’s liability.
VI. Payment Terms
- Charges: Pay fares/cancellation fees shown in-app (may change from time to time).
- Modes: Pay by UPI/cards/wallets through the Platform or cash to the Pilot.
- Collection: ZyoroRyde collects on behalf of Pilots and settles to their accounts.
- Non-refunds: Payments are final unless required by law or granted at Company’s discretion.
- UPI: You consent to bank/VPA validation via authorized providers.
- Invoices: Digital invoices are facilitated to your registered email.
- Cash disclaimer: Cash settlements are between you and the Pilot.
VII. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Information is general and not advice.
- The Platform is provided “as is/as available”; we don’t warrant error-free, uninterrupted service.
- We’re not responsible for communication delays/failures or force majeure events.
- We don’t guarantee or endorse service quality/safety of independent Pilots.
- All implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement) are disclaimed to the fullest extent.
VIII. Intellectual Property Rights
- All Platform IP (software, UI, content) is owned by ZyoroRyde or licensors.
- License: limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, for personal lawful use on one device.
- User data remains yours; you grant ZyoroRyde a license to process it per the Privacy Policy and to create anonymised statistics.
- Prohibited: sublicensing/selling, reverse-engineering, derivative works, automated scraping/load.
- All marks/logos are protected; unauthorized use is prohibited.
IX. Third-Party Links
External sites are outside our control and at your risk. Review their terms/privacy; ZyoroRyde isn’t responsible for third-party content or practices.
X. Emergency SOS
The in-app SOS connects to our safety response team. Use only for genuine emergencies; misuse may result in action per policy and law.
XI. Term & Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend/terminate immediately for breaches, fraud, misuse, or harmful activity. Force majeure applies; no waiver of rights by non-enforcement.
XII. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
- You will indemnify ZyoroRyde and affiliates for claims arising from your use, breach of Terms, or third-party claims due to your conduct.
- ZyoroRyde may assume defence/control; you’ll cooperate.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZyoroRyde is not liable for indirect/special/punitive/consequential damages.
- Liability cap: Total aggregate liability will not exceed INR 1,000.
XIII. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Indian law governs. Courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction. Unresolved disputes (15 days) will be referred to arbitration (sole arbitrator; seat Guwahati; languages English & Assamese) under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Award is final and binding.
XIV. Assignment
You may not assign rights/obligations without prior written consent. ZyoroRyde may assign freely to affiliates or third parties.
XV. Severability
If any provision is invalid/unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remainder, which continues in full force.
XVI. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes may be notified via email or in-app. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
XVII. Notices
Official communications may be delivered via in-app notice, email to your registered address, or letter to your registered postal address. Direct notices to ZyoroRyde should be sent to our support channels below.

B. Special Terms — I. Package Services
- Description: ZyoroRyde enables package pickup/delivery by independent Pilots; we are not liable for service quality/performance.
- Liability: Risk of loss, theft, delay, or damage rests with the user.
- Prohibited items: e.g., explosives, hazardous materials, narcotics, weapons, precious items/currency, live animals/plants/biologics, pornographic/contraband items, or items requiring special permits.
- Compliance: ZyoroRyde doesn’t inspect contents; illegal activity may be reported to authorities.
- Addresses/Failures: Provide accurate pickup/delivery/return addresses; failed deliveries return to the specified address.
- Pilot discretion: Pilot may refuse/report suspected violations.
- Value limits: Do not send packages valued over ₹500; all risk is yours.
- Payment: Pay the fee shown for each completed package request; dues must be cleared before new requests.
